If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled my installation, confirmed by the text they send out. No one showed up, I received no phone call, no text, no email letting me know no one will be coming to install my service. The number provided to call for questions or concerns is bs. It goes to voice mail each time and no one returns your call. You have no other option then to contact Hughesnet with concerns…. Which isn’t much help because they are given the same number and have no other contact method. None the less my installation had to be rescheduled. And what do you know, no one showed up for the second time. Again the appointment was confirmed by text. I received no call, text, or email letting me know my installer would not be coming. So again my only option is to contact Hughesnet. Which again is a run around and no one can contact the installation company. Highly unprofessional and zero care for their customers.

The installer were very professional and informative. He answered all my concerns and got here even earlier than my appointment but not until he called first to see if I was available and reach in a matter of minutes. Great service. Made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me plus took me around the side to show me what he had done. I would recommend him to anytime. Thank you young man.

Great and efficient service! I scheduled my installation for next week and not even a hour later I receive a call stating they could come that day to set everything up. Jesus was very knowledgeable about the services and even guided us on some helpful tips to get the most out of our new WiFi from placement of the satellite and modem to WiFi range extenders to increase the coverage of devices throughout the house. Even when we had a question after he left, we got a response back within a few hours! So professional and helpful, would definitely recommend for my area!!!

We had a really bad experience with getting our appointment rescheduled. I called they told me the installer would call me by days end never did gave him a couple of days didn’t hear anything called again she said again the same thing nothing I called the next day getting even more mad the installer finally called but he was in Ny and made the appointment. For 2 p.m. so I made other appointments for the morning I get a call from home at 12 the they were there and they never called to let us know that he was coming early

The installer arrived promptly on time. He was courteous and professional throughout the installation. He answered all of my questions and ensured the install was operational. His work ethic compliments the HughesNet family.
